HVAC Vents

So I turned on my AC to the body and foot position on the HVAC control. Only the foot would work, no air out of the main vents. Is there a solenoid or something else that controls the movement of air for the main vents?

I believe there is an actuator that sticks if not used often for this function. may need replacement.

I wouldn't mind replacing mine since I think I have the same problem. Anyone know where this "actuator" you speak of is located?
