there is that! You might not want to come to TX most people from Cali end up staying since its so cheap to live compared to there. My friend at work has told me prices and I saw them when I visited San Diego and damn its high dollar out there!!!

Depends on the area and what your looking for. I found a older home for $109k. New are going from $250K and up in the areas I was looking at.

New motor and it has been a PAIN to get it up and running! Its a 5.7 zz4 base block with aluminum fast burn heads comp cam duration 262/264 lift .450/.480. ARP studs with moroso 6 qt pan and high volume oil pump and upgraded to mpfi injectors. Unseen is a turbo 400 custom install with 410 rear end and true dual exhaust from the headers with a h pipe. This was my first engine to do myself and in the future it will be crate engines but you have to build at least one to really understand the complexity of it.Next step is Blackbear tune I think my ecm hates me and the cam!

Running a fan control from Hayden has a temp sensor in the radiator made by hayden. The first test of the unit was in traffic yesterday it was 107 outside I dont use the a/c so it never got above 200. I would like it colder so I will eventually get a second unit for it. Blueflame I would love to carb it way cheaper and I could get a BIGGER cam!!! but the emissions freaks would not let it pass.
