Oil pressure sending unit location

I'm trying to find where the oil pressure sending unit is on my 98 Tahoe. I've got the part, and so far I've read its behind or under the distributor. I've currently misplaced my crappy Haynes manual, do I have to remove the distributor in order to gain access to this part? Man, it's really tucked back in there!

Any help would be huge.

Nevermind. I'm taking the truck to the goddamn shop and paying them to do it. Thanks for the help!
