I'm not familiar with this piece, probaly b/c I have a 2dr. But I wanted to throw this out there. I built my own type shelf in the back. From your other threads your pretty savvy so this might interest you.

I used regular 1/2" plywood with some minor bracing. It's supported by a sub-box in the front, the interior shelf on the right and a plywood support on the left. I hinged the back 12" so that I can fold it over to reach underneath and also to help with taller items. I covered it in some cheap wallyworld auto carpet. I beat the piss out of it but it's been good for about 6 years now. I also like the fact that I can place high value items underneath and still have some security. When you look inside you really don't see much when it's closed up.

I don't have the spare tire issue, as you do,

If you find one for sale make sure you measure the width of yours to see if it will fit. I got one from a local place out of a 4 door Yukon and it was a few inches too narrow.

That pic shows a Yukon that doesn't have rear air - the cover should be wider than the Yukons that have rear air duct work. Can't speak to the 2dr versions.

Yep that was my problem, mine has no rear air. It was laying in the back floor of one at the junkyard and I just grabbed it without paying any attention. It was in mint condition though so I had no problems reselling it

LOL, yea...That was in the spring when I was just accumulating all of the parts. I wish she looked like that right now. Currently I have no interior, just the drivers seat. Looks fun-e

Good intentions, but wrong year group / body style... the link is for a NBS Tahoe. OBS Tahoes (1992-2000 Limited) didn't have a 3rd row option.

I finaly got the tonneau cover but it turned out to be from a NON Rear AC model, so up for sale if some one needs one. $60.
