Sway bar hardware!

I have a sway bar that came off an 02 Yukon and I want to put it on my 09 tahoe but the problem is I don't have the end links or the mounts. It's an eibach rear sway bar. Any ideas on where to find the hardware?

Does the 02 even fit the 09? You should be able to get the hardware from Eibach direct.
