Hello to all:
I have an 04 Denali with auotmatic climate control. I was driving with the AC on and for no reason the cold air started blowing hot. THe passenger side was still blowing cold air. The temp was turned down to 60, so it should be blowing cold air as well. Has anyone experienced this problem before?

Thanks

It's most likely either the blend door actuator, or the control module which send the position signal to it.

Search and you will find a few threads discussing it in greater detail. Seems common on models about that old. Sometimes it the drivers side, sometimes the passenger side, sometimes the rear. There's also an actuator that controls the flow to vent versus floor, and it's usually an identical actuator used there as well.
