Out of prob well over 100 07 up tahoes ive lowered ive never had a customers truck do this to me so seeing if this happened to you guys yet.
08 escalade autoride front shocks.
I wetn to pull off the top hat had everything held with spring compressor and then as i loosened it noticed the shaft nut wasnt coming off. then pulled up on the top hat and entire shock top half and shaft came off in my hand and was broken. The shock was blown i saw oil seepage down it and customer saw this to so got a new shock installed and hes going to talk to the dealer because other side looks bad also.
Has anyone had this happen to them before because its a first for me.
