You should be able to fit the JL 13TW5 under there. They are only 2.5 inches deep. The only problem you may run into is the width since they only come in a 13. If I remember correctly I fit two of the old JL 10W0s under the bench seat also. If you fiberglass the bottom of the box you could probably also fit some of the shallower 10s or 8s under it.

If you have a full center console, check out the JL Audio Stealthbox. It replaces the stock Bose sub in the console. They also make one if you have the 40/20/40 bench seats that replaces the center seat. As for the amps, it's very common to put them under the second row seats or put them in the back driver side quarter panel.
