1999 4Runner Detail

Did my 99 4runner, actually came out really well. The cars in pretty good shape and very clean. But the black baint was swirl city and pretty scratched up.

I got nearly all of the swirls out and many of the scratches. The car looks 10x better than it did before.

What I did:

Washed car with 2 bucket method with SSS and chenille wash mit from GGD
Treated bug/sappy areas with bug squash
Underhood and wheel wells cleaned with PB APC
Entire car clayed with meguiars clay
2 passes of SSR2.5 on a 5.5 orange pad
1 pass of SSR1 on a 5.5 white pad
Natty blue by hand
Chemical guys wheel cleaner
Natural look on all exterior vinyl and tires

spent about 10 hours total. Im still not done with all the work and need to do more work under the hood.

Overall, I am THRILLED with how it turned out! It really looks like a new car again.
