Idle problems when warm and in gear

lurking for a while, but this is my first post and question

95 tahoe when engine warms up and im a gear the idle fluctuates and
runs real rough. driving at hwy speeds it runs normal with no hesitation
also it is not throwing any trouble codes or lights
replaced
plugs, wires, cap, rotor, coil, iac, egr and solenoid, fuel filter all delco

any suggestions?? any help would be greatly appreciated

Seafoam it! That worked for me.

that could be egr

seafoamed it about a month ago

and its got a new egr and solenoid on it

im wondering if the seafoam broke carbon loose and some
got stuck in the iac valve
