How do you remove the seat back?

Google has not been very helpful, nor as the search on here as "seat back" is pretty common! Anyway, I bought some headrest dvd players and I need to run the wires behind the seat back. How do you take off the covers on the driver/passenger seats?

they are just pressed in. they have push plastic christmas trees holding them in.

Thanks. I figured that from the thread I finally found. I got a butter knife out and managed to push them in to remove it. Wires are run, now, I just need to get power.
