Bringing back shine in stock rims

Is there any process or cleaner i can buy to shine up my stock tahoe rims? They are quite worn but i like the stock look alot so its pointless to get rid of them.

Will any of the products you mentioned above remove the ...spotty water look to my rims? My rims are pretty beat so..

what type of rim? there are a lot stock chevy rims out there...use eagly 1 alloy...its like a flitz cleaner but has like paper feathered material but is damn good, use it on my enkeis all the time.

I was honestly hoping someone could tell me what mine are made of, Check ym album..They are just the basic 5 spoke looking wheels. But i need to do some serious polishing to them. I really wanna stay away from getting them re finished.
