I've seen them on 09 ltz model tahoe's. yeah from what i understand it's standard on a yukon denali and escalade.
09 LTZ Tahoe's should also have the chrome bumper strip as well

I have a 07 and wanted to see if they made a cover for the stock bumper, rather then having to buy a whole new one.

You can buy the GM hitch closeout. But imo I don't think it looks that great. It looks better on the tahoes vs Yukons. I don't have a problem seeing the hitch.

I have a tahoe, so I think it would look pretty good.

You could get your wife to crush the rear bumper in also and then get a 09 LTZ bumper.

Spend the money and go buy a Street Scenes Hitch Cover. Then have a body shop fit it and spray it.

I have the GM hitch cover and it blends in perfectly with my truck. I don't really care for the aftermarket/Esky cover, to me it seems to weird looking.

I saw one on an Escalade before, I didn't know that they folded down in the event you want to use it.
Scotto2323

Escalades have diffrent bumpers all together. Same as Denali I believe. Don't think they fold down. I think you have to unscrew them. Street Scene covers hold with a trailer hitch pin.

sorry if i'm missing something....but don't LS/LT/LTZ have the same bumper except for possibility of backup sensors? the hitch close out fitment should be identical shouldn't it?

dealership....me too.
Bought the Street Scene hitch cover, got it painted, and when I tried to install it this evening, the fit is not right. When the top is properly flush, the bottom pushes the bumper "skirt" in so it looks bent/bowed in.
Not impressed.
Going to see what SS has to suggest. if anyone has any ideas, would love to hear them. Thanks.

Had to modify my SS alittle bit. When it goes into the hitch, make sure that the spare tire is not hitting it. I had to cut mine down slightly then adjust the hole for the pin. Mine looks great except for all the way at the bottom it sticks out alittle and does not form to the bumper curve.
I wish GM would just have made the 07-08 bumpers like the 09' that come with the cover.
The SS looks the best out of every aftermarket one out there. I do recommend that you leave your truck at the body shop and have them cut, bent, and whatever so the fit is perfect before paint.
