We rented out a Pavillion at Lake Creek park in RoundRock 10mi north of Austin and they don't actually list any alcohol restrictions.

FOOD
We'll provide food, you bring your own liquids. $5-10 donations will be appreciated, but feel free to bring your own food to grill also!

They are having aquapolloza and Willies July picnic in those times will make it a little congested here. Republic Of Texas Bike Rally is June 10-13 thats it I think on big events so Maybe June 26-27th or July 17-18th????

Bobby, Old Settler's Park in RR is huge and would be a great spot for a meet. There's a couple volleyball courts, two football fields, softball/baseball diamonds, soccer fields, frisbee golf course, tennis courts, LOTS of parking, grilles, pavillions, a water park, etc etc. The DELL Diamond is there also, so if anyone's interested, maybe even catch a game. It's a nice park. Next time you come down, we'll roll through there.

if we do a meet besides Heat Wave, in austin i know of a free sweet park on lake austin that not many people use/know about. it is Commons Ford Park in the cuenavaca area off bee caves rd. some people could even bring boats/watertoys. no ramp there but one is not to far away. parking is about a hundred yards or so from water, nice open grassy area next to waterfront to hang /cook/visit and the lake to play on. just a suggestion.

I have to work that weekend. I let one of my guys off for vacation that week. The next week I'll be in Phoenix. I wouldn't be able to do anything until the end of April. If everyone else is down for the 2nd, then I'll catch up when we setup another meeting, maybe later in the summer. If you guys set it up closer towards the end of April/early May, I can make it.
Either way, I'm down for a cruise when we do meet up.

Trying to get a headcount for who would be interested in a meet in Austin on May 7th......BBQ, beer, and lots of trucks! Our last meet we kinda tagged along to another one and even with rain we still had 15-20 trucks and we kicked it and had a good time! This one I want to be much bigger and better!

If I can get enough folks interested in this meet, I'll rent out a pavilion with tables, grill, and plenty of parking for our trucks. The park also has volleyball, frisbee golf, horseshoes and even a place to fly remote controlled airplanes

So far, a few are already interested, and for those in Houston, Dallas and surrounding cities, I'll negotiate a group rate at a local hotel so we can get a cheap Saturday night rate.

I'll coordinate the place, the food, and the TYF resident grill man....all you have a do is bring ur truck!

And the park I'm looking at for the pavilion doesn't list any alcohol restrictions.

I would love to, but I will be in houston the following week for a college graduation, going to Cincinnati next week for a couple of days, just got back from new mexico last week and may have to go back to cincinnati two more times between June and July. Sorry I have been MIA fellas, 50 hours of work and 15 hours of school has consumed me! If my budget allows, I will be coming down to austin for the meet, even though that's a long ass drive. That is, If I still have the Yukon by then because sadly, it is sitting up for sale right now. I bought a 2007 Maxima a week ago so I can take it down to school with me in Louisiana and not spend $100 a week on gas like I do with the Yuk. I haven't touched the Maxima in 4 days, that tells you how much I wanna drive it lol. I'm driving the yukon as much as I can right now because I still love it so much. I had a blast with you guys at the houston meet last year and Boss inboxed me and told me I had to come so I could grill for everyone again lol.
