Never understood the way the emblems are positioned on the rear.....

YUKON XL .............. ... GMC

Seems it should be.....

GMC ................ ... YUKON XL


I have a few extra Denali emblems and am thinking of this.....

GMC ................ ... DENALI

Ghey or not.........

Even though I have an XL, I always refer to it to folks as "I have a Denali".

Recent local news about some embezzler guy....the reporter made reference that the guy drove a "Denali".

Badges don't bother me (wore one for 32 years...lol)....so that's not an issue.

Thanks guys......plus it separates it from the masses and personalizes it.

Most wouldn't notice.....but the experts (you guys) would notice this ain't no factory Denali XL (esky rack, esky door handles, aftermarket tails, body colored front licence plate holder.....and if you peeked inside you would see the esky platinum cluster and esky shifter handle......sorry... shameless plug for all of my mods so far...lol)

Pics will be coming as soon as they finish working on my house and these monsoons stop!

Hey Joe,

One of the first things I did on my 2000 YXL and my 2004 DXL was to pull all the logos off. It is weird that the don't have Denali on the lift gate...

I have my custom logos on the doors and right rear on the lift gate, see pics.
(The images are slightly distorted, as I had to shrink them for the website.)

(Also, I hope you wait to do anything as there is a little surprise coming with your Bumper Insert)

I'm actually planning on putting DENALI on the right where the GMC is. Just haven't gotten around to buying the emblem yet.
