I'm assuming this happened in a parking lot so you don't know who did it?

no, even worse, it was a good friend of mine and Im not going to make him go through his insurance and rape his rate...
i cant imagine its going to cost more then $500 TOPS... most of it is paint transfer, which i will try to remove with a clay bar this weekend, Im also going to pull the bumper and see if i can push the dent out myself as well... I just figure if i can get the whole bumper painted for a few humdred bucks i might split it with my friend (since the bumper needs paint anyways)

If I recall correctly the front bumper has parts that are fiber glass right??? IF so you can remove a dent by taking a hair dryer (or heat gun, much faster) and it will actually go back to its original shape. MY body shop friend up in NY told me this when I picked him up from the air port in the yukon and he saw the dent in my rear bumper.

he hit it right between the bottom valance and the painted bumper... the middle section of my bumper is steel just like everyone elses, its just painted white. its the middle section that is dented in
i think im going to pull the bumper (not sure how hard/easy that is to do) and just use some body tools and tap it out

I just got my hood painted by this old school Columbian dude by my shop downtown. He charged me $280 for the hood and install(took a wee bit if finesse to get it lined up). He did a pretty good job, he messed up a tiny tiny bit but I just noticed it and I am sure he will touch it up. He's one of those old timers that takes a lot of pride in what he does and is very grateful to have work. Is it show quality....no but I am a broke Mo-fo too and it's what I can afford.......I got pics up on the HD HOOD LOOK thread in general......

i am actually thinking about going with this one here.... i think it will look good all painted up on my front bumper... 100% white...
of course the SS bumper is nice, but i think i want to go with something a little different and i think this looks like it may have that "OEM option" look to it.
