the windsheild is 20% they didnt have the removable kind any darker, or else i would have, my front door windows are 2.5% and the rear windows are 0% doubled, you cant see in or out, i did it when i was signed in sound competition so people wouldnt look in and see what im running,

You mean a strip at the top of the windshield?

You could buy a nice pair of sun glasses for the price of all the "fix it tickets."

He hasn't gotten tickets, but has had gone to court 15 times for it, at least not in the Tahoe.
Not really worth it, gives you a big reason to get you pulled over and the hassle of going to court each time would suck. Looks nice though.

As much as I like the look of the tinted glass, I find it easier to charm my way out of a speeding ticket if everything on the vehicle is legal.
When the nice policeman is standing at your window discussing the pros and cons of speeding, the last thing you need is obvious illegal enhancements to your ride. It shows them you have contempt for law and order.
In my neighborhood, they are specifically looking for no front plate and window tint, as an excuse to pull you over in the first place. :)
The last time I was stopped for speeding, the cop carried the tint checker to the window with him, to check my stock GM tint. :emotions122:
