So you know how you have options on your dash with the different buttons. say like fog button, rear hatch, rear wiper stuff.. My question is did they make the vertical switch panel with 3 empty holes or always 2? heres a pic of what im talking about..

Reason im asking is because i plan on putting 2 fog light buttons in. both have separate wire already ran to my fog lights, but i want to control 2 different fog sets with 2 different buttons, u get what im saying??
So i need the vertical switch panel to have 3 openings for buttons. bcuz the panel thats in my truck now has the wiper button, hatch button, then a blank spot.. idk this is confusing myself. but help me out

You're confused....I'm confused!

So...you're looking for a vertical switch panel with 3 open holes?

it would have to be off a 4wd that came factory with rear wiper & hatch and fogs.

so off a 2000 Z71 4 door, denali, or escalade.

i'm in the same boat, i need one with the three openings as my fog switch is just sort of jammed in there and not attached to the top two switches.

.....well.... maybe they only exist on the 4 door 2000 Z71's?

That shows you how long its been since i've been inside a 2000 denali or escalade.

wow i need to find a denali interior SOOOOON.

if they were painted and not chrome handles i'd be interested :) or if you found a set of self dimming side mirrors that weren't all yellowed i'd really be interested.

truck i went to didn't have mirrors, or the drivers side was hanging and smashed and didn't bother to look any harder.. naa i just grabbed the ones out of the escalade.
It has tan interior so i didn't bother asking you before i left today to grab some shit..
all the door panels were there, rear seats, i took the console before and the gauges, the rear bumper cover was there, grille was there. some abs and some misc under hood stuff was there.

thats even better! could have sworn that Denali up there had a tan dash in it though (it was about the only thing left other than the trashed front end...)

the pic above looks Grey on my monitor as well. (though it could just be the monitor)

Whats the part number for the fog light button and pig tail? I've been waiting to add that switch to mine since finding out about it. Don't have fog lights or anything to run, but sure do love having the ability to. I have always hated seeing aftermarket switches in those panels. It kills the look IMO

Have you ever looked in the back your your dash bezel to see if you have any wires hanging there? That will tell you if you can really put one of these in, because these switches have to be ran by relays and it gets pretty intense with the wiring crap. im trying to find someone on here with the fog light wiring schematic. but heres a couple part numbers. good look finding for switchs and remember like my picture up there, you can get 2 different fog switches, ones fat and ones skinny. and both of those have different wiring to the actual foglights...

all you have to do is run a relay under the hood for the lights, not a big deal. less than $10 at napa.

my fog switch is hooked to the daylighters at the moment.

Oh BTW. i called the dealership and asked if they have one they said no. SO my brother who works for a dealership put out a world wide search for this part. He said it ONLY came on 2000 Cadillac escalades. obvioulsy with fogs, hatch and wiper... soo well see if we hear anything back..
