who's done it? is it worth it? I just wanna firm up my shifts a bit and from what i've read, this is the best was to do it. especially for something so inexpensive..

i've seen the links, my recent think has been wondering whether or not its worth the hassle. but for 20 bucks i cant lose. especially if "i like mine :D" is a response. lol. quick and too the point. thanks for the input.
