Cd player wiring help.

Well i bought a 95 tahoe today and it came with a new sony cd player just not in the truck, is it simple match the colors together and done? help please theres no radio in the truck now just a bunch of wires. any wiring help would be great!!!

You need a harnes that wires up to the wires coming out of radio. that harnes will plug into gm harness. like 10 bucks on ebay.

There is not a harnes at the end of all those wires in the dash????

no It has been cut all wires are loose, guy before me had another after market radio in it.

remember red black and yellow are power ground and constant. then check the trucks extra wires for power. use a voltmeter! if there is no power its probably speakers. just hook up the power and test before u fully install the head unit.

I searched for a diagram on the web and found an awesome site, took me 15 mins to hook up the radio.

So the db that owned it prior was to cheap to go get a 10 dollar wiring harnes and just cut the dang wires? That is LAZY... So now if you have to pull the HU you will have to cut all the wires????? CRAZY.
