Just bought a 2007 Yukon XL. The overhead DVD player will not load a DVD. It either starts to load and then ejects the DVD, or it won't go in at all, feels like maybe something is jammed or as if a DVD is already in it (I don't think there is one already in there though). Any suggestions?
