Body Plugs in Bottoms of all 4 Doors

Just keep them out. I've had mine pulled for 5-6 years now. I still have them in a little parts bin drawer on the workbench in the garage though.

Water stuck in door panel? 2014 Tahoe

Plus that membrane/plastic isn't sealed that well. There are cutouts/flaps/X's in it to allow the various rods/harnesses/levers through.

    AFM Disable Options

Like everyone's said above, or just about any decent handheld tuning device should be able to disable it. Find a used, un-married one if you want to save money. I have a DiabloSport Intune I3 which I use on both the 2012 Yukon and the 2002 Mustang by just purchasing a separate license. They're...

Running 20 inch wheels and tires...PSI

The newer AT4 trucks run that size tire on the front and the inflation sticker on the door says 32 psi. I'd start there, and for some reason if you feel it's too low for your application go to 34 or 35. Most important thing is to get the largest/flattest contact patch. Years ago when trying to...

Water stuck in door panel? 2014 Tahoe

I heard a zip tie works well to clean out that drain hole in the corner. Or like said, remove the oval plug and throw it away

Water stuck in door panel? 2014 Tahoe

I just remove the oval rubber plug that's under that plastic trim and keep them out. I believe the front doors have 2, or maybe my rear doors have 2 due to the extra length. I did this 5-6 years ago after first getting it

    Stripped head bolt hole

The Edelbrock aluminum heads on my mustang came helicoiled in certain places from the factory. I believe where the rockers, exhaust manifolds, and lower intake mounts. I do know the valve cover bolt holes aren't though, but they're 1/4-20 and only torque to like 12ft lb Are there room to use...

    Transmission Cooler

I believe you cut the line and flip it so instead of it turning right to go more towards the center of the car it turns left, and use a 3/8" to 3/8" compression fitting

Anyone “upgraded” from the tensioner style AC compressor to the stretchy belt?

I "think" you can just unbolt and remove the tensioner and switch to a newer (shorter) belt. I know when going the other way you just have to buy and install the tensioner and switch to the older style/longer belt.

Correct lug nuts, size and/or GM part numbers…?

I used Mcgard spline drive lug nuts 65315 on my newer wheels, but in black chrome. They're a bit pricey, but they have like a built in swivel conical washer part that comes in contact with the wheel. My wheels are a bit recessed where the lug nut goes, basically a hole about half the length of...
