I thought the first part of the issue was power seats had stopped working so that’s why I mentioned the fuse. Heating and cooling not sure and maybe what Big Mama suggested.
Did you look at the fuse for the seats. The owners manual should have the location. I think they are located under the hood, left dash panel and right dash panel.

Clean with brake clean and add dye to determine where the leak may be. That is what a mechanic should do unless it is a very obvious leak from a specific location. Not sure about the questions a mechanic would ask.
