Hey all! My 2010 Yukon Denali has a horribly loud, annoying, noise that sounds like brake squeal but I've changed the brakes and see nothing wrong. I've cleaned, inspected and can't find anything. It does it around 60mph cool and lower speed after driving awhile. It comes in and out and stops when braking. If I don't figure this out soon I'm going to start wearing ear muffs while driving. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'd check wheel bearings to make sure they don't have play djarnis causing the rotor to move and drag on the pads when moving.
Does it go away with light pressure or heavy brake pressure? Front or rear? Can you pinpoint it near a building or cement wall?

Like a idiot I didn't check for bearing play while I had it up but I'm gonna do that tonight. Yes it does go away with both light and heavy brake pressure and it sounds like it's in the front passenger side from what I can tell by passing cars, buildings ext.
I changed the brake pads, and hardware only. Was waiting to do the rotors till after we move. We bought a house and it has been hectic to say the least

Make sure every part of your brakes is put in right and lined up properly. Even if you've got new brakes, little things like bolts, clips, and shims could be off or even missing, causing noise. I'd say give everything a good once-over to make sure it's all snug and in the right place.

Scuffing the rotors with sandpaper usually helps if you see grooves..
I got the rotors on the agenda for next weekend. One of them has some grooves on the back side.
