My HDMI and c port not working can it b a fuse and where is the fuse located

Check out the manual. There is a fuse box on the right side of the dash (need to open the passenger door to access). F11 is for USB/Data Link Connector, F26 is for USB/Search Engine Optimization Retained Accessory Power, and F27 is Auxiliary Power Outlet/Retained Accessory Power.
There is also a fuse box in the trunk on the driver's side behind a slotted panel.
F22 is rear HVAC display control, could be that. Check them out and see if any of the fuses are blown.
